§ 13-1-11. Effective Date.

All plans approved under previous zoning regulations shall be valid and may be used to obtain permits for a period of not more than one year after the effective date of this Chapter. This Chapter shall become effective upon passage and posting according to law, following the date of repeal and re-enactment of the Official Zoning Map, which was November 14, 1996.
